What does thread count mean?
Thread count refers to the number of horizontal and vertical threads per square inch. Generally, the higher the thread count, the softer the sheet, and the more likely it will wear well — or even soften — over time. Good sheets range anywhere from 250 to 800, although you’ll occasionally see numbers over 1,000. Astronomical thread counts don’t necessarily mean the sheet is better — there are even tricks to inflating the thread count (such as using multiple yarns twisted together) that don’t actually improve the hand of the fabric and may even detract from its quality.
Do you offer custom or branded products?
Yes, we can customize many of our products with logos, embroidery, or unique specifications to match your brand identity.
Can I place an order without seeing prices online?
Yes. We list all products as “Price Available Upon Request” so we can provide custom quotes based on your order volume and location.
Do you offer samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, we provide samples of most products so you can evaluate quality and fit before committing to a larger purchase.

Absolutely. We can create recurring order schedules to keep your most-used products in stock without the hassle of reordering.
Are your food and beverage items suitable for resale or guest consumption?
